Izme\u0111u drhtalice, marmelade, sirupa, likera, vina odlu\u010dila sam se za d\u017eem. Jednostavna i brza priprema, a primjena vi\u0161estruka. Od one najjednostavnije, ku\u0161anja sa \u017elice do finog dodatka raznim desertima.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g crvenog ribiza<br \/>\n250 ml vode<br \/>\n500 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Ribiz o\u010distite od peteljki.<\/p>\n<p>U vodi otopite 150 g \u0161e\u0107era i dodajte ribize. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri 20-tak minuta, a zatim umije\u0161ajte preostali \u0161e\u0107er. Kuhajte jo\u0161 20-tak minuta ili dok se d\u017eem ne zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Vru\u0107 d\u017eem ulijte u vru\u0107e staklenke (zagrijane u pe\u0107nici na 100\u00b0C 30 minuta) i dobro zatvorite.
