Klasi\u010dan bez dodataka u manjim zdjelicama i s petit beurre keksima u velikoj zdjeli. Nije se moglo do\u010dekati kad \u0107e se \u0161nenokle rashladiti, pa se de\u017euralo pred fri\u017eiderom :).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>5 jaja<br \/>\n5 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017elica o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 l mlijeka<br \/>\n1 \u0161tapi\u0107 vanilije<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>\u017dumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte i dodajte bra\u0161no. Bjelanjke istucite u \u010dvrst snijeg.<\/p>\n<p>U mlijeko stavite razrezani \u0161tapi\u0107 vanilije i pustite da zakuha. Zatim mlijeko maknite sa \u0161tednjaka, izvadite \u0161tapi\u0107 vanilije i stavljajte u njega \u017elicom oblikovani snijeg od bjelanjaka. Vratite posudu opet na vatru, ali samo toliko da \u017eli\u010dnjaci po\u010dnu kipjeti. Brzo ih okrenite na drugu stranu te ih nakon nekoliko sekundi izvadite i stavljajte u dublju zdjelu ili nekoliko manjih. Ponovite postupak dok ne skuhate sve \u017eli\u010dnjake.<\/p>\n<p>U smjesu od \u017eumanjaka postepeno dodajte malo vru\u0107eg mlijeka, dobro izmije\u0161ajte, a zatim ga ulijte u preostalo kipu\u0107e mlijeko. Kuhajte na umjerenoj vatri 3 do 5 minuta uz neprestano mije\u0161anje dok se krema ne zgusne. Nastavite mije\u0161ati kako bi kremu malo rashladili.<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte je preko \u017eli\u010dnjaka od bjelanjaka i ostavite u hladnjaku da se dobro ohladi.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nPoslu\u017eite dobro rashla\u0111eno.
