Today you can find such a prestigious dish in excellent restaurants. Serve it in Kvarner way, with polenta bread.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg (2.20 lb) shrimp (medium size)<br \/>\n100 ml (3.40 fl oz) olive oil<br \/>\n2 onions<br \/>\n2-3 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n1 small bunch of parsley<br \/>\n100 ml (3.40 fl oz) tomato paste<br \/>\n200 ml (6.8 fl oz) water (and optionally more)<br \/>\na few rosemary leaves<br \/>\n200 ml (6.8 fl oz) Malvazija wine<br \/>\nsalt, pepper<br \/>\n2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Conversion Calculator for Cooking\" href=\"http:\/\/southernfood.about.com\/library\/info\/blconv.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Conversion Calculator for Cooking<\/a><br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Wash each shrimp under running water.<\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a wide pot. Add chopped onions and saut\u00e9 it until it gets golden color. If necessary, pour a little water. Then add the chopped garlic and parsley, tomato paste, water and a few rosemary leaves and let it boil briefly.<\/p>\n<p>Put the shrimp, pour the wine and add salt and pepper. Saut\u00e9 for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp. During stewing gently shake the pan or stir.
