They go excellently well with eggs, so we bring you a recipe for cooked asparagus with boiled eggs and dressing with olive oil and vinegar.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 sprig wild asparagus<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\n50 ml (1.70 fl oz) olive oil<br \/>\n2 tablespoons vinegar<br \/>\nblack pepper<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Tear the wooden parts off the asparagus. Boil the eggs until hard.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Strain them and put on a serving plate. Mix the olive oil and vinegar, and pour over the asparagus.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the boiled eggs, add salt and pepper.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving<\/strong><br \/>\nAs desired, add pickled capers to the home baked bread.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time<\/strong><br \/>\n20 minutes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spring is the season of wild asparagus.
