Ideal treat along the afternoon coffee or tea.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>3 eggs<br \/>\n100 g (3.5 oz) sugar<br \/>\n70 g (2.5 oz) walnuts<br \/>\n70 g (2.5 oz) chocolate<br \/>\ngrated lemon rind<br \/>\n70 g (2.5 oz) raisins<br \/>\n70 g (2.5 oz) soft flour<\/p>\n<h4>For sprinkling:<\/h4>\n<p>powder sugar<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/southernfood.about.com\/library\/info\/blconv.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Conversion Calculator for Cooking<\/a><br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Separate yolks from the egg-whites. Cut the walnuts and chocolate into smaller pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the yolks with sugar and lemon rind until frothy. Add walnuts, chocolate and raisins. Stir them in the yolks, gradually adding flour. In the end slowly mix the beaten egg-whites.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the mixture into greased and floured mold with ribs.
