Ali kao dijete tu sam \u010dinjenicu vrlo \u010desto zaboravljala kada bi se iz kro\u0161nje zanjihali tamnocrveni plodovi. Izraz lica, zbog kiselosti, ne moram opisivati, jer vjerujem da je ve\u0107ina pro\u0161la isti scenarij. Ipak, u obliku d\u017eema ovo vo\u0107e nudi sasvim drugi zavr\u0161etak pri\u010de.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg vi\u0161anja<br \/>\n800 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Vi\u0161nje o\u010distite od peteljki i ko\u0161tica. Pomije\u0161ajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom i ostavite ih pokriveno u hladnjaku najmanje tri sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhajte ih na laganoj vatri oko sat vremena uz povremeno skidanje pjene.<\/p>\n<p>Vru\u0107 d\u017eem ulijte u vru\u0107e staklenke (zagrijane u pe\u0107nici na 100\u00b0C 30 minuta) i dobro zatvorite.
