Ovaj recept star preko 60 godina dio je kuharice zagreba\u010dke gra\u0111anske obitelji, a sada u njegovoj jednostavnosti pripreme mo\u017eete u\u017eivati i vi.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 luk (60 g)<br \/>\n1 paprika (130 g)<br \/>\n1 grincajg (mrkva, per\u0161in korijen i list, celer korijen)<br \/>\n1 raj\u010dica (130 g)<br \/>\n4 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n1 ravna \u017elica soli<br \/>\n2 \u017elice nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Luk, papriku, ve\u0107u mrkvu i pola korijena celera od grincajga o\u010distite i naribajte na ribe\u017e. Raj\u010dicu o\u010distite od sjemenki i nare\u017eite na sitne kockice. Preostalo korjenasto povr\u0107e nare\u017eite na koluti\u0107e ili kockice.<\/p>\n<p>Na zagrijanom ulju kratko popirjajte luk. Zatim dodajte naribane papriku i mrkvu te raj\u010dicu. Pirjajte oko 10-ak minuta uz povremeno podlijevanje vodom. Zatim dodajte narezano povr\u0107e i kratko pirjajte uz dodatak malo vode. Zatim dodajte 1l vode i pustite da zakipi. Dodajte sol i promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Nastavite kuhati na laganoj vatri oko sat vremena u polupokrivenoj posudi.
