Posebnost ovoj piti od prhkog tijesta daje posip od badema i \u0161e\u0107era. Ku\u0161anjem pro\u017eimaju se hrskavost badema i kru\u0161aka obavijenih mirisom i okusom cimeta.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>300 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n120 g maslaca<br \/>\n50 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eumanjak<br \/>\n1 \u017elica kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ruma<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg kru\u0161aka<br \/>\n80 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ruma<br \/>\nnaribana korica limuna<br \/>\n50 g maslaca<\/p>\n<h4>Za posip:<\/h4>\n<p>30 g listi\u0107a badema<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Bra\u0161no prosijte zajedno s pra\u0161kom za pecivo, pa u njega dodajte maslac narezan na listi\u0107e, \u0161e\u0107er, \u017eumanjak, vrhnje i rum. Sastojke dobro izmije\u0161ajte kako biste dobili glatko i ujedna\u010deno tijesto. Ostavite da odstoji u hladnjaku sat vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Za nadjev ogulite kru\u0161ke i uklonite sredinu sa sjemenkama. Nare\u017eite ih na ve\u0107e kocke. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, cimet, rum i naribanu koricu limuna, pa sve zajedno izmije\u0161ajte. U tavi rastopite maslac i pirjajte kru\u0161ke oko 10-15 minuta (ovisno o tvrdo\u0107i kru\u0161aka). Ostavite sa strane da se ohlade.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto podijelite na dva dijela. Jedan dio tijesta razvaljajte izme\u0111u dva lista plasti\u010dne folije na veli\u010dinu tepsije (30&#215;18 cm). Prebacite razvaljano tijesto u tepsiju koju ste oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje i izbodite ga vilicom. Na njega stavite nadjev i drugi dio razvaljanog tijesta.<\/p>\n<p>Izbodite ga vilicom i stavite pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 200 \u00b0C 25 minuta. Zatim preko gornjeg tijesta posipajte bademe pomije\u0161ane sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i nastavite pe\u0107i jo\u0161 10 minuta.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nPitu nare\u017eite na kocke i dodatno posipajte \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.
