Hrskavo tijesto pr\u017eeno u ulju se re\u017ee na trake i oblikuje u ma\u0161nice, cvijet, \u010dvor i sli\u010dno. Posipane kro\u0161tule sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu prijat \u0107e uz \u010daj ili kuhano vino.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>3 \u017eumanjka<br \/>\n2 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ruma<br \/>\n1 naran\u010da<br \/>\n1 limun<br \/>\n200 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\nulje za pr\u017eenje (oko 800 ml)<\/p>\n<h4>Za posipavanje:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Dodajte rum i naribane korice naran\u010de i limuna. Zatim postepeno dodajte prosijano bra\u0161no, sol i vrhnje dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Ostavite da odstoji 15-ak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto prebacite na lagano pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu i mijesite dok ne dobijete srednje \u010dvrsto tijesto. Tijesto tanko razvaljajte pomo\u0107u valjka.Nare\u017eite ga na trake du\u017eine oko 15 cm ili \u0161irine oko 2 cm. Svaku traku preklopite u \u010dvor ili, prema vlastitoj \u017eelji, izre\u017eite tijesto u neke druge oblike.
