Common ingredients are flour, eggs, yeast, sugar, raisins and some brandy.<!--more--><br \/>\nThey can be added with potato, grated apples, in latest versions yoghurt or ricotta, or they can be without yeast. Fast to prepare, aromatic and soft&#8230; continue the sequence once you try them :).<br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>50 g (1.75 oz) raisins<br \/>\n3 tablespoons of pro\u0161ek (Dalmatian dessert wine)<br \/>\n300 g (10.5 oz) skuta (ricotta)<br \/>\n50 g (1.75 oz) sugar<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 orange<br \/>\n1 lemon<br \/>\nhalf a teaspoon ground cinnamon<br \/>\n100 g (3.5 oz) soft flour<br \/>\nfrying oil<\/p>\n<h4>For sprinkling:<\/h4>\n<p>powder sugar<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Conversion Calculator for Cooking\" href=\"http:\/\/southernfood.about.com\/library\/info\/blconv.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Conversion Calculator for Cooking<\/a><br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Soak the raisins in pro\u0161ek. Mix the skuta (ricotta), sugar, eggs, cinnamon and grated lemon rinds of lemon and orange. Gradually add sieved flour to the mix. In the end add raisins with pro\u0161ek.<\/p>\n<p>Heat up the frying oil well. Use two spoons to put the dough in oil. Turn them during frying to get an even colour.
